I turned in my son’s immunization and annual physical info. over a week ago but have not received points. Why?
I am sorry for the delay. I can see that your Points have been awarded. They will be listed on your Go365 Statement, just filter by "Go365 Kids" to verify.
It is not showing up on my statement or my dashboard.

Were you able to filter your Statement by Go365 Kids? Are you on the Go365 Mobile app or the Go365 Website?
I am using the mobile app.

I apologize for my confusion. Unfortunately, the Go365 Mobile app Statement will only show your information. You can still use your phone by logging into the internet browser on your device. Just go to www.go365.com, login and you will be able to filter your Statement.
