My security email is not showing. It says I have an unsecured email but yet I get emails from Go 365 so it must be in the system. Can you add my email address so I can complete the verification process?
I am sorry for the concern with your Go365 account. When you are logging into your Go365 account are you using your username? You must use the username for the first login to continue the process.
