I’ve learned that I cannot simply shop and fill the cart; no matter what I place in the cart, the response is always the same—sorry, we cannot perform this function at this time.
I apologize for the concern with your rewards. After reviewing your account, I can see that you are listed as a spouse on the policy. All Points and Bucks earned by all of the members on the policy will go towards a family total and only the subscriber is able to make purchases with the Bucks.
