I have my Samsung Active watch synced to my Samsung Health app. They sync regularly and the steps always match. However, those steps never match my Go365 account; they are always less on Go365. I know It is not adding my phone steps to my watch steps because I check my steps on my watch, hit sync and the steps match when the sync is finished. Why would this number not sync up to Go365? I am missing out on points because of this.
Yesterday alone, I am shorted 860 steps on Go365 which equals an extra point.
