general exception has occurred on app and device connections

I am trying to connect my go365 app with my fitbit.   However when I click app and device connections I get a general exception has occurred.    I have uninstalled, rebooted phone, and reinstalled at least a few times.  Nothing shows up in my apps and devices, it just immediately errors.   I am on android.
