Our company was bought and the new company doesn't have Humana. My facility check-in points have not been credited, I need to submit them manually, right away, so that I don't lose them. How can I do this?
I am sorry for the delay. When did you originally connect your Facility to Go365? How many days are missing or incorrect?
I connected my account on May 9th and I have attached my check-in history.
I would just like to be able to use these points that I've earned. I'm so
sad that we have to change insurance. I have enjoyed being with Humana!
