I have had my account for about 2-3 weeks not and my steps are not showing on my Go365 app. I have a Google fit account and i can see my steps there. What do I have to do for them the sync.
I apologize for the delay. What device are you currently using? Unfortunately, I am not seeing a compatible fitness device connected to Go365? I would be happy to take a closer look for you!
I have a TicWatch and it's connected to my GoogleFit. The account for that is connected with MyFitness Pal.
Unfortunately, those devices are not currently compatible with Go365. To view a complete list of compatible devices please check out the Device and Workout Guide for more information.
If you have a non compatible device connected to a compatible device, it will be considered a third party device and not verified. MyFitness Pal can only share calorie and weight data for the Weekly Logs, it will not share workout data.
Go365 is always looking for ways to expand and to help promote engagement within the program. Thank you for your feedback on different types of devices. Any changes to the compatible apps or devices will be communicated to everyone.
