The go365 app has failed to sync with iPhone health app two or three time in June. It recently started working again, but there are still days of activity missing.
I will send you a direct message for additional information. Also, please be sure that you are frequently signing into your Go365 mobile app as that is what pushes the step data over to Go365 from Apple.
This admin was able to add step activity but the 6/26 data never updated and there has been no update of any days since. I login to the app several times a day in the false hope that it will work but it still isn’t there. I spend about as much time trying to get the go365 app to work as I spend walking each day for the step activity that is never synced.
I sincerely apologize for your continued frustration, and I will include the troubleshooting steps for Apple Health below:
Please let me know when you have completed this process!
Thanks. I have done this now.
(I actually have done this two or three times since June 26, but nothing changes.)
June 26 data is incorrect on the go 365 app, and none of the days since have step activity or weekly activity bonus.
Here is the step activity that should be showing up:
June 26: 10,734
June 27: 5,059
June 28: 12,818
June 29: 9,536
June 30: 11,461
Plus the weekly bonus for exceeding step activity.
I have noticed that when I click on “data” in the “sources” part of the ihealth app, it says “no data found”
Thank you. When reconnecting, you are certain that you selected the option to "turn all categories on" prior to choosing allow?
The daily points are in now, but still no weekly bonus for exceeding activity.
I don’t understand why this keeps happening. There is an open ticket on this (#1000090921089) but I have heard nothing on that for a couple of weeks.
I can confirm that the weekly Bonus Points have now been added, it just takes a bit for the system to apply them.
This previous statement of yours "I have noticed that when I click on “data” in the “sources” part of the ihealth app, it says “no data found”" means that we are not allowed to receive your information from Apple Health.
It is very important that ALL data types are allow to be shared with Go365 when connecting Apple Health, even though not all data is actually received from Apple (it can break the connection).
Please complete these steps once more, following the photos in the attachment:
Unfortunately there are not really any further troubleshooting options available, as Apple Health is a free built-in mobile app.
I’ve done all this again. I have always told it to “Turn all categories on”.
Everything is up to date through July 1. It pulled today’s steps so far, which is unusual, but at least it’s getting the info now.
I’m concerned after looking at the community that this is a widespread problem and that I will spend every weekend uninstalling and reinstalling the app and “chatting” with some at Humana about it, but at least it’s working today.
Thank you for sticking with this. This all started after May 31, when I understand some “upgrade” was done to the go365 app. I have the same Iphone I have had for the entire time I’ve been using go365, and it has always worked up until June 1. Maybe it’s all fixed now.
Thanks again for your help.
I also see that we are once again receiving your step data. Please be sure to keep signing into your Go365 mobile app at least once per day. We are not aware of any widespread issues, currently. Thank you for your cooperation!
