Why am I unable to login to the Go 365 app on my iphone?

I haven't been able to login to the app on my iphone for over a week. On the login screen, when I enter both my username and password, I get the message "Please make sure you have entered both a username and password." I am able to login via my computer so I know my login and password are correct.
