Not accepting activities nor syncing with health

I walk an average of 5 miles a day, do 50 min of yoga per week, 50 min of deep water aerobics per week and do 2 hours of spin a week. I seem to get about 100 points on 365 per week. I tried to add the activity manually and I get 0 points. Is this correct or I am doing something wrong.
I apologize for any confusion. It appears that you have been submitting your daily workout activities as sponsored athletic events, and sports leagues. Unfortunately this is not correct, and there are maximum Point totals allowed for each of these categories per plan year.
As Go365™ conducts random checks of the information received from members, invalid information may result in a member not earning Points or Bucks or having them removed.
Acceptable proof of Athletic event:
To qualify for Points, submit documentation of your league participation within 90 days of the league’s season completion. A minimum of 8 games/matches/meets must be documented of official league schedule for submission.
Daily activities such as walking, running, etc need to be accounted for, and awarded, via a compatible device. I see that you have Apple Health connected, and we are consistently receiving that step data. Daily activities cannot be submitted as athletic events or sports leagues, and need to be counted by a verified device (such as your Apple Health).
Please ensure that you are frequently signing into the Go365 mobile app, as doing so is what pushes the step data over to us.
