I can confirm that you have a Health IQ account connected, but we are not receiving any data (this typically means that you are completing the quizzes on a different account than what you have connected to Go365, members often have two different accounts created accidently).
Also, do you have the Daily Health quiz activity set within your Go365 mobile app? It expires every 28 days.
