I have over 100 miles
of steps that have not been recorded. My Apple Watch and Health app say they are active in Go365.
I see that you have Apple Health connected, however, we have not received any step data recently. Please refresh your connection by deleting your Go365 mobile app, reinstalling from the App Store, and reconnecting Apple Health by following: How to connect Apple Health
When these steps have been completed, please ensure that you are frequently signing into the Go365 mobile app, as doing so is what pushes the step data over to us.
