I just got an Apple Watch 4 and within the the Health app under data sources and access Go365 is inactive under data sources. Is that okay? I want to mage sure I'm receiving credit for steps for challenges.
It looks like we began receiving step data from Apple Health as of yesterday, 6/27. Be sure to frequently sign into your Go365 mobile app, as doing so is what pushes the data over to us from Apple.
If you begin to see your steps from Apple stop transferring to Go365, the troubleshooting steps are as follows:
