I ordered a Fit bit Digital Scale on 6/20/19. Checking the status it reached the Tampa FedEx office on the 23rd and I was to receive it on the 26th. It still has not arrived and the delivery status says “ pending”. This is ridiculous !!!
I apologize for the concern with your rewards. If your tracking information with Fedex is showing as pending, please contact Fedex for an update on your package. Unfortunately, Go365 does not have access to the shipment through Fedex.
I called FedEx and they put a trace on my package. I received a phone call today from Gwendolyn, the agent in charge of my trace. She told me to contact the Merchant and have them follow their internal policies and procedures to reissue my purchase. So are you the Merchant, or can you assist in directing me to them ? Thank you.
