No points have posted to my account since 6/26. This was automatic in the past. Is there an issue?
I am sorry for my confusion. Are you referring to your Daily Workout Points? I can see that the steps have uploaded from your Apple Health to Go365 since then and your Points are showing awarded.
The process is still automatic, however, you do need to log into the Go365 Mobile app frequently to avoid missing data. Once you have logged in it can take up to 24-48 hours for the steps to upload and your Points to award.
