I've been trying to login for over a week, but only get a message saying "Hey there! This page is undergoing maintenance and will be back soon. Please try again later." How can I get into my account?

If it helps to know, I've tried Chrome, Firefox, & Opera web browsers. I've tried phone & computer. Yes, I've cleared the cache (multiple times). Yes, I've restarted both the phone & the computer. The app isn't working for me, either - it mostly sits & spins. If it does reach the dashboard, it just says there's been a general exception everytime I try to do anything in the app.
Also having this same issue on my laptop. Also on multiple browsers. I get through the point where I get a verification code, then I enter it, and then the web page freezes with the "Confirm Your Device" message still there. The Go365 app works on my smartphone.
Thank you for reaching out to us! Are you using a work computer or a specific browser? Can you try using the internet browser on your phone to access www.go365.com to see if you get the same error?
I am using a work laptop. Tried Chrome and IE browser, both after clearing cookies didn't work. I just tried using my iphone browser. It said initially it didn't recognize device. Then sent 2 step verification code. Then it worked. But that doesn't help me with my laptop. Seems like a lot of folks are having issues after Go365 started the 2 step verification. I use that on a lot of other apps and don't have this problem. What is the solution? Thanks!
Thank you for letting me know all of the steps that you have tried! Since you were able to get in through your mobile browser, there could be an issue with your work laptop not allowing the verification process.

Are other employees experiencing the same issue as well on their work computers? When you are trying to access it, are you on your work internet or home?
Still not working. I did the java and google chrome updates, then was able to use my login ID and password to receive the 6 digit code. After I entered that, I get the “Confirm Your Device” message below….”We don’t recognize the device you’re using to sign in.”. Then the page goes unresponsive. See screenshot below. This is SO FRUSTRATING! Any advice?? Anyone else having this issue?
The weird thing is I can get into my HUMANA account just fine which has sensitive medical records, drug prescriptions, etc. Why would it be harder to get into my Go365 account which maybe has my step counts and bonus buck totals?? Makes no sense!
Thank you for updating your Java software to the most recent update! I understand the frustration that this can cause. Can you also please try using Internet Explorer?
This could also be a work limitation that can be caused due to extra security settings that are in place on your work computer. If you are able to access on your phone's internet browser, you will be able to have the exact same Go365 experience as you would on a desktop computer.
