I am trying to complete the 2 step verification, but I no longer have the cell number to get the confirmation numbers to type in. How can I change the cell phone number?

I have also called and had my new phone number updated with Humana, it is linked to Go365 and when I did chat with someone today they said they show my number on Go365 is correct. However, when I try to log in, it keeps sending the verification code to my old number. The lady in Chat insisted it's going to my email, I know how to check my email, it's not going there. I sent her a screenshot where it is saying it sent a verification code to my old number, she told me to restart my browser. This is an ongoing issue for 2-3 weeks now. I can get on in the app but cant' take the SelfHelpWorks course on the app, have to do it on the desktop, can't get into the desktop because my new cell phone number is not carrying over. VERY FRUSTRATED!!!!
