App has not been connecting to any apps or devices for about two weeks now. Continue to get error message after deleting app and re downloading.
I apologize for my confusion. Is this an error that is happening while you are trying to log into the Go365 Mobile app or is it happening when you are trying to connect a device?
I can see that your Fitbit device is connected and uploading to Go365. Please be sure that you are syncing your Fitbit tracker to your Fitbit account at least once per week to avoid missing data.
