I am supposed to get 1 point per thousand steps each day. I average 10,000 to 20,000 steps per day and yet I continue to only receive 1-2 points per day? What is that? I have attached screen shots of my Fitbit app as an example
I apologize for the concern with your activities. Are you manually tracking any workouts or exercises in your Go365 Mobile app?
If you are manually adding any workouts, Fitbit will calculate and add steps to your daily total. These steps are unable to be verified and will not be shared with Go365.
Please be sure that you are wearing your Fitbit tracker and using that device to track your daily activity. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns!
Your answer to this question is incorrect. you are assuming the Member is not using the App and or his or her device correctly. The problem is inherent to Go365 and needs to be corrected inside the programming of the App. You all at Go365 need to go look into this problem and stop assuming the member has user error.

The reason that I asked about manually adding workouts, is because on your screenshots it states "Tracked Workouts" for the week. Fitbit allows you to manually add a workout in case it was not tracked. However, what Fitbit also does is it assumes that you are not wearing your device while it was completed, so it adds steps to your total for the day. When Fitbit shares the steps with Go365, it will only share the steps tracked from your device for that day.
