The last couple time that I tried to use my card after the cashier scanned it, they asked for the amount to put in. They scanned it a couple times, but still would not work. Please help.
I apologize for the concern with your HealthyFood card. Did the cashier total all items before selecting the shopping card? Were there any other errors that happened when they scanned the card? I would be happy to take a closer look for you!
My card didn’t work either they had a successful scan at the bottom of the receipt it said 0.00 dollars on the program card and I had purchased a lot of fruit and vegetables
so much for the aavings
Hi! Thank you for bringing this to our attention! On your receipt, program card will always say 0.00 under the tender. Any discounts applied will be listed at the bottom of the receipt next to "Program Discounts Applied." Please let me know if this is also showing 0 and what dates are affected and I would be happy to take a closer look for you!
