Why won’t my steps sync after updating my Fitbit device?

I ordered a Charge 3 with my points earned. I deleted my Charge 2 and connected my 3.  Everything shows it syncs with my Go365 app, but everyday it shows +0 points because I’m -5,000 steps. One day I had Almost 20,000 steps. It’s not giving me any credit for steps.
