Are there issues with Fitbit syncing?

My Fitbit has not synced all of mg my steps since July 7th. I have deleted access via Fitbit for Go365 and then also deleted Fitbit and readded through Go365. I have screenshots since the 7th showing my total steps. How do I get this fixed?
