I am not receiving any credit for steps from my apple health app (although I have connected it to my go 365). My ihealth is also linked to my orange theory app.

I can’t sync my Apple Watch either. I had Humana Insurance thru my husband. They no longer cares the Humana Insurance. My kid gives us the Humana do I need to register thru my work to keep get my points and rewards?

It’s doesn’t log all steps that my watch shows. Why? It only showing 25% of my daily steps.
