I want to know why my steps suddenly stopped syncing on July 11.
I am sorry that your steps have not come through to us since July 11th. I attempted to manually pull your Fitbit steps to us but unfortunately that was no data. Can you please check your Fitbit website or app to see if you can see steps back to July 11th? If there are no steps listed on your Fitbit account please sync your device. If you can see steps please disconnect your Fitbit account from Go365 and reconnect.
