Points don't match my steps

The points I am being awarded in go365 do not match the steps in my sHealth app (I use the Galaxy Watch as my tracker).  They are always off by 1 or 2 for each day.  I have uninstalled both apps, reinstalled both apps, and nothing has changed.  For example, on 7/8, I had 15,386 steps, and received 13 points; 7/9 I had 10,111 steps and received 9 points; on 7/10, I had 15,026 steps, and received 14 points; 7/11,  had 10,167 steps and received 9 points; 7/12 I had 10,035 steps and received 8 points, 7/13 I had 8,581 steps and received 7 points; 7/14 I had 9,937 steps and received 6 points.  These are not ALL of the days that are off; just a sample. Is there anything we can do to remedy this?  I attempted an online chat, and was told that my account had been "reset" and the points should update.  They have not, and it's been four days. Any help you can offer would be great! Thank you.
