I can not get into my app! I have been trying for quite a long time! I just changed my password today also.
I sincerely apologize for any confusion, or inconvenience. That error message is actually correct. Unfortunately, there is not currently a mobile app experience for our Medicare members. You can still access your account via a smart phone, but you will need to sign into Go365.com using the internet browser instead.
