Since you have both Apple Health and Fitbit connected with Go365, you will automatically be awarded for your steps with Apple Health until we receive your step data from Fitbit.
I can confirm that we have now received your step data from Fitbit, and your Points have updated on their own. The more frequently you sync your Fitbit tracker with your Fitbit account (physically open the Fitbit app), the more quickly we will receive your step data from Fitbit.
If you go longer than 7 days without syncing your Fitbit, there will be gaps in the data received by Go365.
