My device is already synced to go 365 and my daily steps are being tallied and added to my account, so I do not understand what I am supposed to do to get the challenge steps to upload.
What is the name of the Challenge are you referring to? I can confirm that your steps are being received as well.
The 2019 National Step Challenge. Team SLS Arts. My husband and I are the only ones participating for his company.
He has 259,304 steps
I have 196,879 steps
Sent from my iPhone
Thank you for confirming. The National Step Challenge ended on 7/12/19.
I understand that. My question was why my go365 app was asking for me to upload my steps when they should have already been recorded automatically.
This happens continually with many things on this app. I participate in something and then the promised rewards are withheld. Frustrated!
Early on, I actually had an online chat with someone who said that they would add the points that were not properly given to my account and it never happened. I don’t even remember the exact scenario now; it was way back in February.
I have basically just given up. I rarely even look at the app anymore. Sad! This is supposed to be an incentive, but it is really more of an aggravation.
I apologize for any confusion. The Challenge Points are awarded after the Challenge begins, and the first steps are uploaded to the Challenge. I can confirm that you were awarded these 50 Points on 6/14/19.
In regards to the notification about uploading your steps, that is a generic message put out to everyone to ensure they have synced their device. There is a tallying period at the end of each Challenge to allow members to confirm that their device has been fully synced (example: Syncing your Fitbit to your Fitbit account. If the Fitbit tracker is not synced with the member's Fitbit account, then we will not receive the steps, and the steps will not be automatically uploaded into the Challenge).
I hope this helps.
