My Go365 does not show any data since July 12, today is July 16. I uninstalled the android app, cycled power to the phone, reinstalled the app, logged in and still no data. Can you help?
I can confirm that your steps, and Points, have now updated. If you sync your Fitbit tracker via the Fitbit mobile app, be sure that you are physically opening the Fitbit app each day before bed to allow your steps to sync from your tracker to your Fitbit account. After syncing, your steps will be updated on your Go365 account within 24-48 hours.
