On 7/18 i placed an order for e gift cards using my points. the app says they were delivered yet they are not in my email. i did check my junk mail.
can i have them resent?

I am sorry that you did not receive your e-codes for your gift cards. I can see that the email was sent to your Hotmail account. Sometimes the email could be in your spam/junk folder. The email would of come from "Go365". Another way to view your e-codes is through your Go365 account. Click on shop, then orders. You will be able to see all your past orders and the codes.
Please let me know if you continue to have issues with locating the codes.
