Which question is not allowing you to complete it? Do you only get this error on the Go365 Mobile app or have you tried it on the browser as well?
Can you provide the screenshot of the question that does not allow you to continue? I would be happy to take a closer look for you!

Can you please try and use the internet browser on your phone to complete it? Please go to www.go365.com and try and complete the section "Know your Health." Please let me know if you get the same issue.
