I need to utilize my phone for bike riding and my garmin for all other exercise. However, data is not being pulled from my phone, so I am not getting all of my points.
I would be happy to take a closer look for you! What app are you using to track your biking workouts? Currently, I can only see data updating from your Garmin device.
Hello, thank you for your response.
I am actually using my iPhone, the standard one that tracks steps.

Yes, my garmin is accurately tracking my actual steps during the time I am walking and/or running.
My iPhone tracks the steps while I am biking. The iPhone data is not being uploaded to Go365 for an unknown reason. I accumulate a lot of “steps” through biking. Can you please help remediate.
Thank you for providing that information! Are you biking outdoors or indoors? Apple Health is only able to share step data that is tracked with the phone. If you are trying to log a stationary bike workout it will not be shared.
For biking outdoors, an app like Strava will be able to track your calorie workout while biking. For a stationary bike, you can always attach your Garmin to your ankle or shoe to count the steps. Or if your Garmin tracks heart rate data, it may be more beneficial to wear it normally to count as a heart rate workout.
Daily Workouts will only be awarded one per day, so you will be awarded for whichever one will earn you the most Points that day. If you are wearing your Garmin throughout the day, that will more than likely earn you more Points and that will be the workout that is awarded. Two Daily Workouts will not be combined.
Thank you. That was very valuable information
