I have not had any of my points since July 15 applied to my account I have started and restarted my device I’ve loaded and unloaded 365 in my Fitbit wire my points not showing

None of my points of been added since 15 July I started restarted my device I’ve unloaded and reloaded 365 and I disconnected my Fitbit and reconnected it they still aren’t showing any of my points
