None of my points of been added since 15 July I started restarted my device I’ve unloaded and reloaded 365 and I disconnected my Fitbit and reconnected it they still aren’t showing any of my points
I can see your steps have come through now to Go365. I understand how hard you work to earn points for your steps - to ensure steps come through to us in a timely manner we recommend logging into your Go365 app often to allow your steps through. You will want to login at a minimum every 7-10 days.

I just checked my Go365 app and it’s still only steps registered from July
14 I’m missing everything from the 15th on
I am sorry that your steps are still not showing. I recommend going to your Go365 web site > Click Quick Links > Connect & Manage Devices > Disconnect Fitbit. Then reconnect your Fitbit.
Please let me know if you do not see your steps come through within 24 after this process. I will continue to work with you until we get your steps and you get your points.

I am sorry that your steps are still not coming through - I know it can be frustrating. I just attempted to pull the steps manually but there is no data to pull on our end. Can you see your steps on your Fitbit account? The last steps I see are on July 12th - did anything change with your account around this time?
I can see my Fitbit numbers on my account for every day

I am going to need your assistance to trouble shoot this issue further.
I need you to www.fitbit.com and log in. (if you were already logged in I need you to log out, and then log back in - I need you to type in your email and password for your Fitbit account) Please use the web site and not the app.
Please let me know if you can see your steps from July 12 moving forward.
If you can not please go to your Go365 website and disconnect your Fitbit account and reconnect.
Please let me know when you have completed these steps and I will attempt to pull the data on my end again.
