I am sorry that your steps have not been coming through to Go365.
Are you able to see steps on your Fitbit account? If no, please sync your Fitbit device with your Fitbit account.
If you can see your steps on your Fitbit account and your steps are still not coming through can you please disconnect your Fitbit account from Go365. You can do this from the Go365 website by clicking Quick Links > Manage Devices > Click Disconnect under Fitbit. Then click on reconnect. After the reconnection you should see your steps/points within 24 hours.
