Why after numerous calls has my points still not been fixed on my account?  Every single activity just has a 0 by it and I haven’t gotten points in months!

I have called Humana several times over the last few months because all of my activities show up as zero.  This still has not been fixed and I’m tired of waiting!  I’ve lost out on a lot of points here and it’s ridiculous!
