I have joined the fitbit coaching from the go365 site and have participated on coaching sessions. The points have not yet shown up. When can I expect to see the points added
Thank you for providing that information! After reviewing your account, I can see that your Fitbit Coaching account will need to be reconnected. Can you please follow the process to disconnect and reconnect Fitbit Coaching to your Go365 with your Fitbit email and password.

It says i am connected
I apologize for my confusion. Your Fitbit Coaching account is showing connected, however, it is showing as failed. Can you please disconnect Fitbit Coach from Go365 and reconnect using your email and password login for the Fitbit Coaching app?
