I haven't gotten points since 7/21. My device is still synced. Is there a delay now?
I am sorry that you did not get your points right away for your steps, I know how hard we all work for them! After researching your account I see your steps are up to date with Go365. When using Samsung Health you want to be sure you open the Go365 app often - this will trigger your steps to come through. After you open the app you will generally receive your points for your steps within 24 hours.
