I workout daily and my workout points have not updated since July 21st. How can I fix this? I’ve checked my Garmin watch connection and it shows connected. Please help
I can see that your steps are coming through your Garmin. Please make sure you sync your Garmin with Garmin Connect often so you can see your steps and points on Go365.

I synced my Garmin and still no change! I have been working out consistently since mid July with only a few days credit. This is disappointing . Anything else I can try?
I can see all your steps/points going back to July 8th.
If you log on to your Go365 account > Go365 Statement > Click on Daily Workout > you will see a calendar showing all your Daily Workout data.
The more often you sync your device with GarminConnect the quicker your steps/points will appear with Go365.
