Some of my steps aren't being accounted for from S Health

I'm having an issue that I just noticed today. 

 

My company has challenges with Go365 every month. They're usually step challenges and I'm usually in the top 10 every month. I noticed for our August Challenge, that just started yesterday, that some of my steps aren't being recorded in my work places' challenge. I had a 20,000+ step day on Thursday from bike riding and work outs, as well as everyday walking. My steps are recorded through Samsung Health. My recorded steps at the moment are right above 16,000 steps. My total recorded steps on Samsung Health are at 26,000+ steps. Also, I joined some other challenges that were created that aren't involved with my place of employment. In those challenges, my steps are recorded almost exactly where my steps are at within Samsung Health.

 

Has anyone else had this issue? Is there any way to resolve this?
