I've uninstalled the go365 app, updated my phone, and reinstalled the app. I still get the "no go365 coverage" error message. Now what do I try?
I am sorry if you were unaware but I am showing your policy with us termed on 5.31.2019. When your policy terms your access to your Go365 account ends. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
I’m not sure what you mean. I still have Humana insurance. The insurance policy updated from the previous year, but I still have Humana insurance. This happens every year and I’ve never had a problem with my 365 updating.
I will create a ticket for our IT department to look into. I am sorry that you have issues every year.

Our IT department got back with me and informed that you information was just keyed in today and to allow 7 days for the data to flow through all of our systems. Your Go365 account should be active in 7 days. Thank you for your patience.
