I can't log in, can't get the email, can't add my member ID, no one answers the phone...

I tried during the week to log in. It said wrong password or user ID.  I've logged on using my computer, same thing. When I say send email link, no email comes. When I try the other route and enter the information from my humana card, it says it's incorrect. 

My account has been locked out. This is an issue every year. It is getting old since points are money.
