My health app stopped syncing with Go365 on 7/16/2019. I’ve reinstalled the app and turned permissions on and off. Is there anything else I can do?
I am sorry for the issues you are having with syncing to Go365. The last steps we can see are from 7.17.2019. When using Apple Health to track your steps, we do recommend opening the Go365 app weekly to allow the data to flow through to us. Please open your Go365 app, and let us know if you do not see your steps come through within 24 hours.
Thanks for the reply. I have opened the app almost every day. I also deleted it and reinstalled it. It still does not seem to be syncing.

You should be able to see your steps within 24 hours.
