My steps or challenges have not been updated since 08-01.. can you advise why, please ?
I know how hard we all work on our steps, I am sorry that yours have not come through to us.
I am showing your steps coming through to us through 7.31.2019. Please sync your device with your Fitbit account and your steps/points should come through to us within 24 hours. Once we receive your steps you will also get your points for your challenge.
If have already synced your device please disconnect Fitbit from Go365 and reconnect Fitbit again. Doing this will allow your steps to come through.

After we you can see your steps on your Fitbit account and we know that we have the correct Fitbit account connected to Go365 your steps/points should appear within 24 hours.
