How can this get fixed?
I have requested our IT department to remove your old phone number from your account for the purpose of 2 Step Verification process. Thank you very much for your patience as we remove this number. I will reply on this thread once they have completed this task.

Our IT department has informed me they have removed your old phone number from our 2 Step process. You may now login again and add an email address. We do recommend using a personal email address. Thank You for your patience.
