I tried to log on the computer and on my phone it says it has to send a verification code but it sent it to my inactive email. how do I update my email address so I can get the verification code?
I am sorry that you have not been about to get your verification code to login to Go365. To protect your privacy our IT department has to remove your old email so you may request a code to be sent to a different email address. Once the issue is resolved I will let you know by posting on this thread. We recommend using a personal email for 2 Step Verification.
