I've changed companies and my go365 account is still associated with an old email address. How do I make the change to my new email?
To change your email address please sign in to your Go365 website and choose My Profile (top grey bar) > Communications > Edit Email.
To change how you receive 2 Step Verification codes go to My Profile > Account & Settings > scroll down to Account Security.

I am sorry for misunderstanding your question. If you are trying to get the 2 Step Verification code and it is being sent to a invalid email I need to get our IT department to remove your old email.
I am creating a ticket now for this to be removed. Once the issue is resolved I will let you know by posting on this thread.
