I am in a walking challenge and the guy in first place has over 460 000 steps in 9 days which is over 20 miles a day for 9 consecutive days so far. Seems phoney!
Thank you for bringing this question to us! I understand the frustration that can come with the step challenges.
Please know that only verified steps and data will be transferred to the challenge. Most challenges do have a daily step cap that cannot be exceeded. If you can provide the name of your challenge I would be happy to verify that cap and check into the challenge!
The challenge name is "Louisville". I appreciate your response! [cid:storage_emulated_0_DCIM_Screenshots_Screenshot_20190812-095217_Go365_jpg_1565617987418]

Thank you! That challenge currently has no activity cap for Daily Steps. Please be assured that all steps are tracked with compatible devices and only verified steps are sent. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns!
I messaged the guy in first place in the "Louisville" challenge who has 790,893 steps and asked him if he ran daily marathons? He responded, " I just did the math and I have no idea how my count is that high I average 13k steps a day."
I think the step counts that are being awarded need to be looked into. It's not fair to people like me who are trying their hardest to earn points through challenges.
Thank you for letting me know! I will submit feedback on this situation!
