I am synced to my phone and Go365 hasn’t recorded any steps from July

I switch between my fit bit and phone. Lately it’s been my phone but I have connections to both on the app

Thank you! If you are using Apple Health, please uninstall and reinstall the Go365 Mobile app and reconnect Apple Health to refresh the connection. Apple Health will only send the steps that are tracked directly to your phone.
