Would it be possible to look into whether my sleep data has been recorded properly? I might have a misunderstanding on how the sleep diary functions, or at least I'm not receiving points in the manner that I was expecting. Thank you in advance!
Thank you for reaching out to us about your Sleep Diary! I can see that the sleep has been triggering when you reach over 7 hours of sleep a night. To earn the Points for the activity, you will need to hit 7 or more hours of sleep at least 5 nights within the same week. The week runs Sunday - Saturday.
The sleep activity will also need to be reset every 28 days. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns!
Thank you for the reply! Your description agrees with what I understood, so now I have a follow-up question.
I see that I received points for the sleep diary on 7/11/2019, which was shortly after I activated the sleep activity. Since that initial sleep activity activation, I have reset the activity when it expired. What is throwing me off is that according to the stats that Garmin is recording, it looks to me like I've hit the requirements (7+ hours of sleep, 5+ days/week) during the time that the diary has been going. The information I'm looking at can be found below:

Thank you for providing that information. The weeks run Sunday through Saturday, are you hitting the 5 days within that time frame? Are you set as asleep or in bed?
I've modified the sleep report from my Garmin that is providing go365 the sleep data to hopefully address your questions.
The blue lines indicate the period of time that my sleep diary activity has been active. The green lines indicate the Sunday through Saturday weeks. The horizontal red line is the 7 hour threshold, and the lowest 2 dates are marked with their sleep amounts.
This graphic illustrates at least one Sunday through Saturday week, during the sleep diary activity timeframe, that at least 7 hours of sleep were logged by Garmin.
As a point of reference, the only week I received points for the sleep diary is 7/11/2019.
I hope this graphic will help reveal where the problem lies, either in my understanding of the criteria for the sleep diary, or something else. Thank you much!
