My Garmin is connected but hasn’t uploaded data of any of my steps since August 7th. I’ve powered down my phone, deleted the Go365 app and reinstalled it, and disconnected and reconnected my Garmin but it still doesn’t update my steps.

Yes. I’ve deleted Go365 and reinstalled it about 10 times. Powered my phone on and off. It hasn’t uploaded any of my steps since the 7th. My steps show on my Garmin connect

Unfortunately, I am not able to see a Garmin device connected. Are you able to provide a screenshot of your Garmin device showing connected on your account?
Once we can get your device connected, we can work on backdating your steps!
I thinks it was my Garmin...battery finally dying. I’ve disconnected it and since tried connecting my Apple Watch but it hasn’t recorded any steps either.

Well, can I get credit for all the days I was exercising and I have proof from my Apple Watch that I uploaded (plus more days)? Also I had my well women’s exam on August 2nd and I’m not seeing any points for that.
